Sambar Powder {Indian Seasoning}

Also known as Sambar podi

Ingredients

Serving 1 kg

1/4 kg Red Chilies

1 cup (250g) Toor Dalor

4 cups (350g) Coriander Seeds

1/2 cup (75G) Cumin Seeds

1/2 cup (85g) Whole Black Pepper

10-12 pieces Turmeric/manjal

2 teaspoons Fenugreek

Instructions

1. Make sure all ingredients are clean.

2. Sundry all Ingredients for two to three days.

3. Get a flour mill or grinding mil,

4. Grind all ingredients until very smooth and powdery

5. Keep in a well covered Jar.

NOTE Recipe can last up to five months
